Grupo Telefèric has opened a new restaurant in California, in the area of Los Gatos, San Francisco.

Ricard Trenchs, Creative Director of Trenchs Studio, commissioned our consulting services to develop the project following the guidelines defined in the concept made together with Mariona Guàrdia.

It is a tasting space with a very relaxed ambience and Mediterranean aesthetic, where both the restaurant and the Spanish market offering gourmet products coexist.

The central bar articulates both spaces and welcomes guests. The show cooking with an open kitchen, an interior patio full of vegetation and a private dining room hidden behind the kitchen are other elements that also make this new gastronomic proposal very dynamic.
